First started with 84,000kms on the clock the engine was not in the best shape but Ed soon sorted that. He Set up my laptop with via team viewer, and taught me to use to tuning programs. I'm computer illiterate but Ed has the patients so all good.
We went up to V9 then I replaced the AFR sensors as they were reading very different to each other and at the same time got raptor headers fitted to stock cats (already had third cat delete and TCP Auto mufflers). Then had Ed tune it two more times, now up to V11. That alone has made a massive improvement.
I'm looking to fit 200cpsi magnafolw cats soon, then retune.
I recomend his work to anyone.
And can someone please go crazy with a turbo on the H6 so Eds dreams can come true!! :p
Thanks for your patients Ed and will deal with you again soon buddy.

Below shows you the Raptor Header performance. The gains are good, but could have been better if the customer had better fuel to used. But on another note, the car begs for the Raptor SC or Turbo that would utilised the VE curve efficient

Looking at the VE graph, one can see that the car from 3500-6700rpm has a flat response and this is also shown by the Dyno graph. She just pulls all the way. In addition, 5500rpm most likely is the sweet spot when falling back in shifting or holding the revs at that point.

On another note, if you had to stick twin turbos on these headers, the Raptor headers would be prefect for that massive pull to the redline. Tim has a wonderful product and I am glad XRT had a part in helping in the development of them.
