Subaru WRX/STi Dominator 3.0XT-R Twinscroll Turbocharger

Post by west_minist »

Full Race can offer a TwinScroll GTX3071R. Recommendation been made for the GTX3071R

Recommendation to change to the Subaru WRX/STi Dominator 3.0XT-R Twinscroll Turbocharger have been made
http://www.bptstore.com/Subaru-WRXSTi-D ... p_135.html

If installed, I am expecting up to 500whp on pump gas w/ 50/50 water/meth on current mods. Otherwise achieve that results on race gas.

Application: Subaru WRX/STi JDM Twin Scroll Turbocharger
Horsepower: 550CHP

Specs
Garrett Ball bearing CHRA
60mmTurbine Wheel
76mm XT Compressor wheel
55lbs per min
BPT Twin Scroll Turbine housing

Turbo includes water pipes, oil feed line, and ported exhaust housing.

JDM Twinscroll header, uppipe, downpipe needed for install

The Dom 3.0XT-R is equivalent to the GTX3071R (56lbs/min, 560CHP) but will spool slower since it carries a 76mm compressor. Its spool characteristics could be the same as the GT3076R (52lbs/min, 525CHP) but produces a little more power than that turbo.
